OzMosaics Community Art Programs
Come along, volunteer to help as we create some mosaic magic!
What you’ll do:
Join us to assist eager elderly mosaic enthusiasts at select venues/Aged Care Residences.
It's fun, very busy and a great way to make new friends, share mosaic stories, make mosaics with others and beautify their surroundings.

If you would like to Volunteer to join us helping to create beautiful mosaic murals for the upgraded interior Courtyard Garden, please contact us.
Open to any students who have completed OzMosaics Workshop A.
It's a fun, friendly day assisting residents making the mosaics.
It's usually fortnightly, on a Monday (Public Holidays excepted) and when Sandy is available.
You need your own transport to meet up with Sandy and Maureen outside the main entry.
All visitors must do a COVID test (provided free) and register at reception as a visitor/volunteer.
We arrive approx 9.35 to set up for a 10am start.

What to bring/wear/directions etc.
Please bring:
- Apron: Dedicate one specifically for mosaic-making.
- Drinking Water Bottle: Opt for a pop-up top bottle and label it with your name.
- Lunch/Treats: Pack a simple lunch e.g. sandwiches and any snacks you’d like.
- Safety Glasses..
Wear: Dress to suit weather on day Winter eg:
- Joggers/Socks/Jeans/Track Pants/Sweater: Shorts are unsuitable for health and safety reasons.
- Warm Scarf: Especially if the weather is chilly.
- Dress in Layers: Adjust to indoor air conditioning and outdoor conditions.
- Dust Mask: Mosaic work can create dust.
- Notepad/Pen/1 Packet Blu Tack:

- Cafe sometimes open, so bring your own lunch, water bottle and thermos if you wish..
